Community Christian Ministries provides financial resources to Christian organizations that serve the poor and needy in greater Grand Rapids, Michigan. Community Christian Ministries began in 1929 as the Mission Industrial Store under the auspices of the Christian Reformed Board of Evangelism. When the Mission Thrift Store was sold in 2001, the name was changed to Community Christian Ministries to better reflect the organizations’ activities.
